My daughter was seen today by Dr.Lacy and his front desk assistant and helper. I wanted to write this review firstly based on how the lady at the front desk treated my very nervous daughter. She was very kind, helpful and talked my daughter through every step of the way. My daughter spent her whole time in the waiting room fidgeting and (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but she was the sweetest ever) the lady said “mom she’s just so nervous” and she tried to relate to my daughter on her level. She brought us back and walked my daughter through everything, speaking in terms of a 9 year old girl whose anxiety overshadowed her excitement for new glasses. My daughter has always been anxious but this lady helped put her at ease. Spent time showing her every pair of glasses she was interested in. Has the patience of a true queen. If you have an anxious child who needs glasses, this IS the place to bring them. Then, Dr. Lacy walked in with confidence. He’s funny. Laid back, and soothing. Talked my daughter through her eye exam. This experience was painless. They’ll talk you through everything you need to know. Truly great with children. Made me as an adult want to get glasses with them. Thank you to the staff for making this happen for my little lady. She’ll be seeing better for sure. :)

Front desk was very helpful, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and they provided me with all the information. Dr.Lazy was awesome as well very friendly and informative my daughter and I felt very comfortable. Will definitely recommend they also work with you price wise 🤗

They were awesome from start to beginning with making the appointment to actually doing the appointment. The front desk was helpful and the person who did my exam was kind and quick. I was also able to bring my three month old and I loved being in and out.

Doctor Lacey was very professional and friendly with the kiddos..for their first eye exam, they did great and felt comfortable with him and the staff. will be back and recommend them!

Dr. Lacy was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with all 3 of my kids and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Front desk Cynthia was also very kind and helpful?

I called for an appointment they were able to see my daughter and I on the same day no need to wait. The lady in the front desk was very greeting, she gave us a tour around to see glasses to look for what we are looking for. The service was very fast, I totally recommend this place if you are on a rush. Great, fast service, and really friendly.

Took my 5-year-old daughter for an appointment. Everyone was super sweet to her and Dr. Lacy was very gentle and patient with her. The whole appointment was less than an hour, from check in to the exam to getting her glasses and paying. The clinic was very clean and set up nicely.

I really like this place. I had an appointment on Friday but there was an emergency so I needed to reschedule but was not available to reschedule at the time. The front desk person called me on Monday and asked if I could come in at 3:00. I had another doctor's appointment and wasn't sure if I was going to make it. I called at 2:50 and she told me I could be seen. I made it there about 3:15. They got me right in and started my exam. Dr. Lacy is very thorough. My previous prescription from another provider was terrible. He gave me a trial pair of contacts and I can see very well. I will not go to another eye doctor.
